Public Association Belarusian Union of Architects supported by the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the International Association of Unions of Architects (IAUA) and the International Union of Architects (UIA) in the framework of the festival Architectural Autumn from 10th to 12th of October, 2019 in Minsk (Belarus) organizes VIII Minsk International Biennale of Young Architects Leonardo 2019.
Architects under the age of 40 have the right to participate in the Biennale. Architects over 40 years old have the right to participate in a new section “Bis!” (Encore!) provided that they previously participated in the Biennale 2005–2017.

In addition to LEONARDO 2019 awards the projects will be awarded with diplomas from IAUA, BUA and other organizations, as well as special prizes, including the Lazar Khidekel Award, which will be presented for the first time in Belarus by the International Lazar Khidekel Society for innovative and environmental architecture solutions.
